Beth Wood is based in Princes Risborough; which borders Bucks and Oxen.

Beth has been coming to our house for several months now. Both my husband and I were new to yoga and were a little apprehensive about what to expect. Beth put us immediately at our ease and each practice has increased our confidence to try new things. Our 15 year son has also joined us for the sessions and Beth has been great with him too - and she understands that we all three have different needs and capabilities. We all appreciate the dedicated time this gives us to relax in a very busy schedule. The highlight, for me, has been a session in the garden, on a beautiful evening, with the birds singing. Fantastic.
